By using Visual Platform (the app at https://app.vetrimus.org, the website and the module catalog), you agree to these terms.

The service

Visual Platform is an infinite canvas in the browser: shapes, text, diagrams and modules. The app runs on your device; your data is kept in your browser.

Your data

• Canvases and files are yours. We neither see nor keep them.
• Backups are your responsibility: browser data may be lost when it is cleared or the browser is reinstalled. Use the archive export.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to:

• break the law or the rights of others, copyright included;
• disrupt the service: overload the server, get around its limits, probe for vulnerabilities without permission;
• spread malicious code, including disguised as modules.

Modules

Catalog modules are checked and signed. Modules from other sources are installed at your own risk; their authors are responsible for them.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it running but do not guarantee it and are not liable for the loss of data kept on your device.

Changes

We may change the service and these terms. When the changes are significant, the app will ask you to accept the new version. If you do not agree with it, stop using the service.
